Thank you for choosing Lux Synth Aminos. This Shipping Policy explains our general order processing, shipping, delivery, and package-handling procedures.

By placing an order through luxsynthaminos.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Shipping Policy as well as our Terms of Use and other applicable policies.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are generally processed as quickly as reasonably possible after successful payment confirmation.

Processing times may vary due to:

- Order volume;

- Weekends and holidays;

- Payment verification;

- Product availability;

- Severe weather;

- Carrier interruptions; or

- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Order processing time is separate from carrier transit time.

An order is not considered shipped until it has been transferred to the applicable shipping carrier.

2. SHIPPING METHODS

Available shipping methods and applicable shipping charges will generally be displayed during checkout.

Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination, package size, package weight, selected service, and other carrier-related factors.

Lux Synth Aminos reserves the right to select or substitute a comparable carrier or shipping service when reasonably necessary to complete an order.

3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Any delivery date or transit time provided by Lux Synth Aminos or a shipping carrier is an estimate and is not guaranteed, unless a particular shipping service expressly provides a carrier-backed guarantee.

Carrier delays may occur because of weather, transportation disruptions, holidays, high shipping volume, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Lux Synth Aminos cannot guarantee an exact delivery date once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier.

4. SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND TRACKING

When tracking information is available, customers may receive a shipping confirmation containing a tracking number.

Tracking information may take some time to become active after a shipping label is generated.

The creation of a shipping label does not necessarily mean that the carrier has physically received or scanned the package.

Customers are encouraged to monitor tracking information after shipment.

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Please carefully verify your:

- Street address;

- Apartment, suite, or unit number;

Lux Synth Aminos is not responsible for delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

If you discover an address error before your order has shipped, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the address, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or shipping.

6. DELIVERED PACKAGES

A shipment marked “Delivered” by the shipping carrier will generally be considered delivered to the address supplied by the customer.

If tracking indicates that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:

1. Checking around the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, or other secure delivery areas;

2. Checking with household members, neighbors, property management, or building personnel where appropriate; and

3. Contacting the shipping carrier regarding the delivery scan.

Customers should contact Lux Synth Aminos promptly if additional assistance is needed.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with available carrier information, but we cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for a package confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

7. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If tracking does not show delivery and a package appears to have been lost in transit, please contact us.

Where appropriate, Lux Synth Aminos may work with the applicable shipping carrier to investigate the shipment.

Carrier investigations can take time, and Lux Synth Aminos cannot control the carrier's investigation process or timeline.

Eligibility for replacement, store credit, or another resolution will be determined based on the circumstances of the shipment, applicable carrier policies, and our other posted policies.

8. DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

Customers should inspect packages promptly after delivery.

If an order arrives materially damaged during transportation, please contact Lux Synth Aminos as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request:

- Photographs of the shipping package;

- Photographs of the damaged product;

- Photographs of the shipping label; and

- Your order information.

Please retain the original packaging and damaged materials until the issue has been reviewed.

Submitting documentation does not automatically guarantee a replacement or refund. Each claim will be evaluated based on the circumstances.

9. TEMPERATURE AND TRANSIT CONDITIONS

Products may encounter varying temperatures and environmental conditions while in transit.

Customers are responsible for reviewing any storage information supplied with or applicable to the product and for placing delivered products into appropriate storage promptly after receipt.

Lux Synth Aminos cannot control environmental conditions after a shipment has been transferred to a third-party carrier.

If you believe a product was materially compromised during transportation, please contact us before using the material in research.

10. RETURNED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Packages may be returned to Lux Synth Aminos because of:

- An incorrect or incomplete address;

- An unclaimed package;

- Delivery refusal;

- Failed delivery attempts; or

- Other carrier-related reasons.

If a shipment is returned, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

Original shipping charges may be non-refundable where the carrier has already performed the shipping service.

11. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before an order has been processed or shipped.

However, cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.

Orders that have already been transferred to the shipping carrier generally cannot be canceled.

Products designated for research use are intended for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption or administration.

Shipping a product to a customer does not constitute authorization, approval, or endorsement of any use inconsistent with its stated purpose.

14. FORCE MAJEURE AND CARRIER DELAYS

Lux Synth Aminos shall not be responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, transportation interruptions, labor disputes, governmental actions, emergencies, power outages, or similar events.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist customers when significant shipping problems occur.

The Shipping Policy applicable to an order will generally be the version in effect when the order was placed.
