RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Lux Synth Aminos. This Return & Refund Policy explains our policies regarding returns, refunds, replacements, cancellations, damaged products, and shipping-related issues.

By placing an order through luxsynthaminos.com, you acknowledge and agree to this policy, together with our Terms of Use, Shipping Policy, Legal Notice, and other applicable policies.

1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY

Due to the specialized nature of the research products offered by Lux Synth Aminos, all sales are generally final once an order has been shipped.

For product integrity, quality-control, safety, and chain-of-custody reasons, products that have left our control generally cannot be returned to inventory or resold.

Accordingly, Lux Synth Aminos does not generally accept returns or exchanges based on:

- Change of mind;

- Accidental orders;

- No longer needing or wanting a product;

- Personal preference;

- Ordering the incorrect product or quantity;

- Product characteristics that are within normal specifications; or

- Circumstances unrelated to an error by Lux Synth Aminos.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.

2. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Customers should review their orders carefully before completing checkout.

If you need to cancel or modify an order, contact Lux Synth Aminos as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation requests submitted before an order has been processed or shipped. However, cancellation or modification cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Orders that have already been transferred to the shipping carrier generally cannot be canceled.

If an eligible cancellation is approved before shipment, the refund will generally be issued to the original payment method when reasonably possible.

3. INCORRECT PRODUCTS

If Lux Synth Aminos sends a product that is materially different from the product listed on your order confirmation, please contact us promptly after delivery.

We may request:

- Your order number;

- Photographs of the product received;

- Photographs clearly showing the product label;

- Photographs of the shipping package and label; and

- Other information reasonably necessary to verify the issue.

Once verified, Lux Synth Aminos may, as appropriate, provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another reasonable resolution.

4. MISSING ITEMS

If your package arrives but an item listed in your order is missing, please contact Lux Synth Aminos promptly.

Please retain all packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

We may request photographs of the package, its contents, shipping label, packaging materials, and other information necessary to investigate the discrepancy.

If we confirm that an item was omitted from the shipment, Lux Synth Aminos may ship the missing product or provide another appropriate resolution.

5. PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT

Customers should inspect their shipment promptly after delivery.

If a product arrives materially damaged during shipping, contact Lux Synth Aminos as soon as reasonably possible.

Please provide clear photographs showing:

- The damaged product;

- The exterior shipping package;

- Interior packaging;

- The shipping label; and

- Any visible damage to the package.

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until the claim has been reviewed.

Depending on the circumstances and available documentation, Lux Synth Aminos may provide a replacement, store credit, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Normal cosmetic variations or minor packaging imperfections that do not materially affect the research product generally do not qualify as shipping damage.

6. LOST PACKAGES

If tracking indicates that a package has not been delivered and appears to have been lost in transit, contact Lux Synth Aminos.

We may initiate or assist with a carrier investigation when appropriate.

A replacement or refund may not be issued until sufficient time has passed for the carrier to complete delivery or investigate the shipment.

If the carrier confirms that a shipment was lost before delivery, Lux Synth Aminos may provide a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances.

7. PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED

If carrier tracking shows a package as “Delivered,” but you cannot locate it, please first:

1. Check the delivery location, mailbox, parcel locker, porch, side entrance, reception area, or other secure delivery location;

2. Check with household members, neighbors, property management, or building personnel where appropriate; and

3. Contact the shipping carrier for additional information regarding the delivery scan.

Lux Synth Aminos will make reasonable efforts to assist when possible.

However, a carrier-confirmed delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

Claims involving theft or packages missing after confirmed delivery may require additional documentation or investigation.

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information when placing an order.

Lux Synth Aminos is not responsible for packages that are delayed, misdelivered, returned, or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If a package is returned to Lux Synth Aminos because of an address error, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the package is resent.

Refunds for returned shipments may exclude shipping charges and other nonrecoverable carrier expenses, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

Packages refused by the recipient or left unclaimed may be returned to Lux Synth Aminos by the carrier.

A refused or unclaimed shipment does not automatically qualify for a full refund.

Where a refund is approved, original shipping costs and other nonrecoverable carrier charges may be deducted to the extent permitted by applicable law.

10. PRODUCT STORAGE AND HANDLING

Customers are responsible for following applicable storage and handling information after delivery.

Lux Synth Aminos cannot provide refunds or replacements for products that are damaged because of improper storage, handling, contamination, misuse, or other circumstances occurring after successful delivery.

If you believe a product was materially compromised during transportation before delivery, contact us promptly and provide supporting information.

11. PRODUCT APPEARANCE AND VARIATION

Research materials may exhibit reasonable differences in appearance or other physical characteristics between batches.

Minor variations in packaging, labels, product appearance, or other characteristics that do not establish that an incorrect or materially defective product was supplied do not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.

12. QUALITY CONCERNS

If you believe there is a legitimate quality issue with a product received from Lux Synth Aminos, contact us with your order number, product information, lot information where available, photographs, and a description of the concern.

Additional documentation may be requested when reasonably necessary to investigate a claim.

Submitting a quality concern does not automatically establish that a product is defective or guarantee a refund.

Lux Synth Aminos will review legitimate quality concerns individually and determine an appropriate resolution based on the available information.

13. UNAUTHORIZED OR PROHIBITED USE

Products offered by Lux Synth Aminos are subject to the intended-use restrictions contained in our Terms of Use and Legal Notice.

Products designated for research use are sold for laboratory research purposes only and are not for human or animal consumption or administration.

Lux Synth Aminos will not provide refunds, replacements, or compensation for consequences arising from misuse, prohibited use, unauthorized use, improper handling, or use inconsistent with a product's stated research purpose.

14. REFUND METHOD

When a monetary refund is approved, Lux Synth Aminos will generally attempt to issue the refund through the original payment method.

Processing times after a refund has been issued may vary depending on the customer's financial institution or payment provider.

Lux Synth Aminos does not control how quickly a bank, payment processor, or other financial institution posts a completed refund to a customer's account.

Where an original payment method cannot reasonably be refunded, Lux Synth Aminos may contact the customer regarding an appropriate alternative.

15. SHIPPING CHARGES

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable once the carrier has performed the applicable shipping service, except where required by law or where Lux Synth Aminos determines that reimbursement is appropriate because of an error attributable to us.

Additional shipping charges associated with reshipping an order because of an incorrect customer-provided address, refused delivery, or other customer-caused delivery issue may be the customer's responsibility.

16. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Customers experiencing an order problem are encouraged to contact Lux Synth Aminos first so that we have an opportunity to investigate and attempt to resolve the issue.

Nothing in this policy prevents a customer from exercising legitimate rights available through their financial institution or applicable law.

Fraudulent, knowingly false, or abusive payment disputes may result in restrictions on future purchases and may be contested using available order, shipping, delivery, and communication records.

17. RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS

Lux Synth Aminos reserves the right to reject return, refund, replacement, or credit requests involving suspected fraud, policy abuse, altered products, unauthorized returns, prohibited product use, false information, or circumstances otherwise inconsistent with this policy.

Any such determination remains subject to rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

18. POLICY CHANGES

Lux Synth Aminos reserves the right to modify this Return & Refund Policy periodically.

Any revised policy will be published on luxsynthaminos.com with an updated revision date.

The policy applicable to a transaction will generally be the version in effect when the applicable order was placed.
